1. Scope of Application:
Brushless motor equipment can be applied to: the dairy industry, the brewing industry, the meat processing industry, the soybean product processing industry, the beverage processing industry, the pastry industry, the pharmaceutical industry, the electronic precision factory, and some other higher-standard dust-free workshops, etc.
Carbon brush motor: It can only be used in various areas with relatively low requirements such as bathrooms, but it cannot be used in dust-free workshops and explosion-proof workshops.
2. Service Life:
Brushless motor: It can operate continuously for approximately 20,000 hours, with a typical service life of 7 to 10 years.
Carbon brush motor: It can operate continuously for approximately 5,000 hours, and the regular service life is 2 to 3 years.
3. Usage Effect:
Brushless motor: Operates at a high speed of 90-95 m/s, and the actual hand-drying time can reach 5-7 seconds.
Carbon brush motor: Its operating speed and drying time are much lower than those of brushless motors.

In comparison, the power consumption of brushless motors is only one third that of carbon brushes.
