Precautions for Choosing a Motor
1、the Motor Power、speed、DC/AC voltage、Motor OD(length, shaft)、Hall and so on.
2、the power of the driver or controller should be greater than the selected power.
3、 Does the function of the brushless DC motor driver or controller meet the requirements? There are many options in the speed control mode.
4、 If there is a requirement for communication control, it is necessary to check which driver or controller has the communication control function, such as RS485 or other.
5、 Different drivers or controllers have significant differences in size or installation type. Careful confirmation is required.
6、 Whether a display is needed or not: General drivers or controllers will not display or simply display it, this needs to be carefully confirmed.
7、 Are there more complex control requirements? It is necessary to distinguish between drivers and controllers. Some more complex brushless motors can be controlled, but the cost is slightly higher.
