Application Areas and Industries
New Energy Vehicles (NEV): Motor control and position feedback.
Industrial Automation: Robots, AGVs, CNC machine tools.
Servo Systems: Closed-loop path control. Injection molding machine.
Motor Control: Driving and control.
Aerospace/Military: High reliability requirements.
Automated Warehousing: Logistics automation.

How to choose RESOLVER
Based on the functional relationship between the output voltage and the rotor angle, rotary transformers are mainly divided into the following three categories:
1. Sine or cosine rotary transformers: The functional relationship between their output voltage and rotor angle is a sine or cosine function.
2. Linear rotary transformers: The output voltage is linearly related to the rotor angle. Linear rotary transformers are further divided into salient-pole and non-salient-pole types based on their rotor structure.
3. Proportional rotary transformers: The output voltage is proportional to the rotor angle.
According to other classification methods
• By application: Rotary transformers can be divided into computational rotary transformers and data transmission rotary transformers.
• By their relative position and specific function in the angular calculation, related transformation, and signal transmission systems they constitute: Rotary transformer transmitters, resolver differential transmitters, and resolver transformers, etc.
• By structure: Rotary transformers can be divided into contact type and contactless type (with or without slip ring brushes).
• By rotor rotation angle limitation: Rotary transformers can be divided into finite angle and infinite angle types.
• By number of pole pairs: Rotary transformers can be divided into single-pole and multi-pole types.
