A: All our products are brand new and original (we have spare materials for standard products). We will conduct random checks on incoming materials and full inspections on every finished product to ensure that it meets quality standards before shipping it to you. Q4: Do you offer customization services or personalized designs for standard motors?

A: Yes, we can customize voltage, speed, torque, and shaft size/shape according to your requirements. We can also do this if you need to solder additional wires/cables to the terminals, or add connectors, capacitors, or EMC.

Additionally, we can provide individual design services, but this may incur some mold development costs.
