Product Description

The DC motors used in our hydraulic system usually have permanent magnets as the stator. They receive current from an external power source, causing the stator coils to generate a magnetic field. When the motor starts, the hydraulic pump begins to operate, drawing hydraulic oil from the oil tank into the hydraulic pump, and then generating high-pressure hydraulic oil through the working chambers of the hydraulic pump.

The high-pressure hydraulic oil passes through the valve system and drives the hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor to work. At the same time, the hydraulic-driven mechanical devices are connected to the motor's shaft through gears, chains, etc., converting the mechanical energy output by the motor into the required working energy.

We can offer various hydraulic circuits with flow rates ranging from 2lpm to 16lpm, and the pressure can reach up to 250bar.
