The 4-step installation process for automatic doors:
survey the opening to confirm door-leaf weight, leaf width, traffic direction and the available header depth,
prepare the header with the track, mounting surface, motor cable and sensor conduit,
mount the operator and motor unit and align the belt drive, then
wire the control unit, microwave sensors, backup battery and ground, run the commissioning checklist, and hand over to the client. For commercial sites the most-installed unit in the START-MOTORS line is the YF200 heavy-duty sliding door operator — 24 V 60 W brushless DC motor, 1×300 kg single-leaf or 2×200 kg double-leaf, 700–1500 mm leaf width, opening speed 150–500 mm/s, AC 90–250 V input, operating temperature -20°C to +70°C. This contractor-side walk-through covers the eight stations on site that determine whether the install passes inspection on first visit.
FAQ
For samples, the lead time is about 10days. For mass production, the lead time is 30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union :
40% deposit in advance, 60% balance against the copy of B/L.
The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By seafreight is the best solution for big amounts. 5. How is your product quality?
A: All our products are brand new and original (we have spare materials for standard products). We will conduct random checks on incoming materials and full inspections on every finished product to ensure that it meets quality standards before shipping it to you. We will provide a factory inspection report for your traceability.
6. Can I use my own logo or design on the products?
A: Yes,we provide OEM/ODM services;your logo and design can be applied to the products.
