Features of the trolley for brushless automatic doors:

Brushless automatic doors themselves have smooth speed control and gentle start and stop. The matching rollers are designed to go along with the brushless motor’s smooth low-speed operation and frequent start-stop characteristics. They emphasize being quiet, low-friction, shock-resistant, and highly durable, and are mostly used for high-traffic commercial sliding automatic doors in shopping malls, office buildings, hospitals, and similar places.

1. Smooth and quiet operation, compatible with brushless stable driving

• The wheels are usually coated with PU polyurethane or reinforced nylon PA66, which provides built-in shock absorption to take in the slight vibrations from brushless motor start and stop, reducing rolling noise.

• They come with precision double-sealed bearings (2RS/ZZ dustproof), offering low rotational resistance, so starting and stopping at low speeds is smooth, perfectly matching the flexible speed control of brushless motors, making starts and stops gentle and noise-free.

• The wheel groove profile fits precisely with the aluminum alloy track, minimizing slippage and friction, ensuring smooth operation during the door’s acceleration and deceleration.

2. Long wear life, suitable for frequent opening and closing. 

• PU/nylon materials are self-lubricating and wear-resistant, capable of handling tens of thousands of continuous openings and closings each year. Combined with the long lifespan of brushless motors, this extends the maintenance cycle of the whole system. 

• The bearings are dust-proof, so dust in the track doesn't easily get inside the bearings, making it ideal for busy, dusty places like shopping malls, and preventing the bearings from seizing up.

3. Stable load-bearing with multiple wheels to distribute weight. 

• Mainstream setups use double or quadruple wheel hangers, dispersing the weight of the door. A single hanger can support heavier glass doors, reducing local stress on the track and preventing the door from sagging or running off track. 

• The frame is usually made of stainless steel or galvanized steel, which is rust and corrosion-resistant and suitable for indoor or semi-outdoor settings.

4. Safety Structure: With Anti-Derailment Protection

• The hanger wheel component comes with an integrated anti-derailment clip / anti-fall limit structure, which is a standard safety feature for brushless automatic doors. Even with force fluctuations, the rollers are not easy to jump off the track, preventing the door from falling, and it works with the automatic door’s anti-pinch rebound safety logic.

• Some models have fine-tuning screws, allowing you to slightly adjust the door’s horizontal level during installation, correct door balance, and reduce uneven roller wear.

5. Low Maintenance Features

• Bearings come pre-sealed and lubricated for long-lasting performance, so you don’t need to oil them frequently during normal use.

• The coated wheels wear slowly and only need to be replaced after many years of heavy use. The bearing life is far longer than ordinary cheap rollers.
