Functional description:

Speed   control method
    (VSP)
1, external   input speed: the two of the external potentiometer fixed terminals were   connected to the drive's GND and +5V terminal, the regulating terminal is   connected to the VSP terminal, you can use the external potentiometer (10K)   speed regulation, but also through other control units (such as PLC,   microcontroller, etc.) to input analog voltage to the VSP terminal to achieve   speed regulation (relative to the GND), the acceptance of the port range VSP   DC 0.56 VSP port accepts DC 0.56V~+5V, corresponding to the motor speed of   400~ rated speed.
Speed    control   method
    (PWM)
PWM  speed    regulation:  the  PWM    port,  the  negative    terminal  connected  to    GND,  the  input frequency of 100Hz, change the duty   cycle speed regulation, speed range 7.1%-99%.
    RPM range 238 rpm~ rated speed.
Velocimetry signal output (FG) The   driver provides a motor speed measurement pulse signal, which is proportional   to the motor speed,.
    1、Motor speed (RPM) = F N÷× 60      
     F = frequency actually measured on   the FG foot with a frequency meter
    N is motor the number of pairs, 8-stage motor is 4 pairs of stagespole  
    For example, if the user chooses 4 pairs of stage motors, then: when the   output signal is 200Hz, the motor speed = 200 ÷ 4 × 60 = 3000 rpm.
Motor forward/reverse signal
    (DIR)
The   forward and reverse rotation of the motor can be controlled switching the   high and low levels of .by the control terminal DIR
    Note: In order to avoid a sudden direction change when the motor is running   at high speed, which will cause a huge impact on the motor and mechanical   equipment, when the DIR terminal receives a direction change signal, the   driver will first let the motor decelerate until it stops, and it stops for   about after , the motor will change the direction change and speed up to the   set rotational speed.1S
Motor start/stop signal (EN) Through   the control terminal conversion of high and low level of , the motor can be   controlled to stop and run. When EN ENis low level, the motor runs normally;   when EN is not connected to GND, the motor stops working and is in a free   state, and when using the run/stop terminal to control the motor to stop, the   motor is naturally stopping, and its motion law is related to the inertia of   the load. At this time, the driver input current ≦ 20mA.
    The factory setting is EN and GND shorted.
Alarm indication (ALM) Output   during normal operation5V high level , and output alarm status signal with   amplitude during alarm 5V (can be connected to 10MA light-emitting diode or   uploaded to the host computer)
