Classification of Hydraulic DC Motors:
A: According to the structural form: there are several main types such as gear type, blade type and plunger type.
B: According to the speed and torque range: high-speed motors and low-speed motors.
1. The gear-type hydraulic motor has a simple structure and is inexpensive. It is often used in situations where high rotational speed, low torque, and low requirements for motion stability are needed. For example, it is used to drive grinding machines and fans.
2. The blade-type hydraulic motor has a small rotational inertia, is highly sensitive, has a low volumetric efficiency, soft mechanical characteristics, and is suitable for applications with medium or higher speeds, where the torque is not large and frequent starting and reversing are required.
3. The axial piston motor has high volumetric efficiency, a wide adjustment range, good low-speed stability, and poor shock resistance. It is commonly used in high-pressure systems with high requirements.
