A: If you have pictures or drawings of motors to show us, or if you have detailed specifications such as voltage, speed, torque, motor size, operating mode, required lifespan, and noise level, please don't hesitate to let us know. Then we can recommend a suitable motor based on your requirements.


Q3.How is your product quality?

A: All our products are brand new and original (we have spare materials for standard products). We will conduct random checks on incoming materials and full inspections on every finished product to ensure that it meets quality standards before shipping it to you. We will provide a factory inspection report for your traceability.


Q4: Do you offer customization services or personalized designs for standard motors?

A: Yes, we can customize voltage, speed, torque, and shaft size/shape according to your requirements. We can also do this if you need to solder additional wires/cables to the terminals, or add connectors, capacitors, or EMC.

Additionally, we can provide individual design services, but this may incur some mold development costs.
